Job Purpose:
The Third Party Digital Team is responsible for the discovery of opportunities with third parties globally, prioritization of resources to these opportunities, setup and execution of projects, and the optimization of trading on these sites. The team focuses on the development of the commercial opportunity as well as ensuring the brand is optimally represented in these environments. The Third Party Digital Team is part of Digital Commerce, working closely with the IT, Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Trading functions in the delivery of the above while having close links with Regional teams and most other functional areas of the business, including the product teams, marketing, creative, finance, legal, customer service, supply chain, and IT.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Third Party Digital Commerce Manager in the optimization of existing projects and commercial support across the Burberry cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and evolve data reporting for product content creation across 13 global digital concessions.
2. Examine data feeds to resolve blockers and coordinate with relevant teams.
3. Evolve wider Burberry databases being the first point of contact for information.
4. Review quarterly seasonal assortments and work with relevant teams to ensure products content is delivered ahead of deadlines.
5. Monitor Third Party activity across all platforms to ensure alignment with Burberry guidelines.
6. Assist, load, and revise markdown discounts twice yearly.
7. Develop best practices, drive change, and improve ways of working.
Personal Profile:
1. Experience in Merchandising, Operations, or E-commerce role.
2. SAP / Business Intelligence / Mirakl or Hybris tool experience.
3. Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
5. Self-motivated; adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment; solution-driven.
6. Experience in improving workflows and team processes to provide efficiencies.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships.
8. Prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral.
