The Role:
Sales Administrator required for a family run organisation that design and manufacturer components within the automotive sector.
Sales Administrator responsibilities:
Liaise with customers (telephone, email and face to face.
Process customer purchase orders, upload details on a CRM system and general administration.
Provide customer service with order progress, handling complaints and dealing with account issues.
Assist with the despatch of orders as well as planning the despatch of goods.* Assist with stock control and replenishment.
Assist with updating the web site and other marketing media.
Attending trade shows.
Sales Administrator requirements:
The successfully appointed Sales Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Understanding Bills of material
The ability to close a sale
Excellent IT skills
Background in warehouse and stock experience would be useful
Experience of shipping goods abroad would be beneficial but not essential
