Together we are searching for a Hire & Sales Coordinator to join their team. The right Hire & Sales Coordinator will be an attentive and detail orientated professional with a background in system coordination and customer service. Experience in a Sales or technical Administration role is desirable but we encourage anyone with strong customer service and order processing experience to apply. Hire & Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities: Handle Customer and Supplier queries submitted to the hire desk. Maintain communication with the workshop to ensure sufficient stock levels. Meet customer demand levels in conjunction with the workshop. Maximise sales opportunities on customer orders. Daily reviewing of the external service schedule. Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently.Hire & Sales Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications: A strong track record in a customer services role with a sales focus. Previous experience in a Sales or Technical Administration role. The ability to communicate across various departments. Strong organisational skills. Attentive with strong attention to detail.
