The Role:
We’re seeking a Midweight Creative with at least 5 years of experience in a creative agency environment as a conceptual thinker and copywriter, someone who has the ability to dive deep into our clients’ complex products and services to deliver original and inspiring creative concepts and development. This role is for a curious, strategic thinker who is passionate about building creative solutions that not only elevate brands but deliver game-changing results. Working with our talented strategists, Account Handlers and Producers, you will be tasked with translating the intricacies of Science, Technology & Communication into compelling, clear, and impactful creative work that engages audiences and drives change.
Our ideal candidate is someone who approaches creative challenges with a problem-solving mindset, able to distill complex ideas into simple, human-centered creative that have the power to drive meaningful impact. Whether it’s creating a groundbreaking campaign, a dynamic branding experience, a documentary series, a stunning 3D product film, or an immersive digital solution, you’ll be key in helping our clients communicate their value in a way that resonates with their audience and sets them apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deep Client Understanding & Insight: A curious nature that pushes you beyond surface-level understanding to get under the skin of our clients’ products, services, and industries. Uncover the core challenges and opportunities that exist in their market and translate those insights into creative strategies that inspire and drive results.
2. Conceptual Ideation: Development of innovative and original creative concepts that address client needs, leverage their unique strengths, and stand out in a crowded marketplace. Focus on delivering creative solutions that elevate our clients’ brands and position them as leaders in their industries.
3. Creative Problem-Solving for Complex Challenges: Tackle complex, sometimes technical subjects and translate them into engaging, accessible, and human-centric narratives that speak to audiences while maintaining the integrity of the product. This involves both high-level strategy and hands-on creativity.
4. Collaborative Leadership with Motion & Design: Work closely with our Motion Director and award-winning Motion & Design studio to create motion-led, dynamic storytelling experiences. Your ability to ideate and execute creatively with motion graphics will be pivotal in delivering memorable, impactful narratives.
5. Creative Innovation through Technology: Use the latest creative technologies—whether digital-first, interactive experiences, or immersive platforms—to create forward-thinking solutions that help our clients stand out. Push boundaries with originality and leverage new tools to create meaningful impact.
6. Campaign & Content Development: Develop multi-channel campaigns that communicate complex messages in a way that is clear, engaging, and impactful. From digital content to web experiences, your creativity will drive the overall vision and execution of each project.
Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio, with a portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking, design excellence, and motion-led ideation.
2. Strong ability to understand and navigate complex client products, services, and industries (particularly Life Sciences, Finance, and Technology). Experience with these sectors is highly desirable.
3. A passion for creating work that matters—work that not only sets clients apart from their competitors but drives meaningful impact and contributes to a better world.
4. Proven experience in developing compelling creative and concepts that speak to both business objectives and human needs.
5. Experience in ideating for motion-led storytelling, working closely with motion designers to create dynamic visual experiences that enhance narratives.
6. Curiosity and strategic thinking that leads to fresh, innovative approaches to problem-solving, driven by a desire to explore the potential of new technologies, platforms, and creative tools.
7. A strong eye for design and composition across both static and moving images.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and advocate for your ideas clearly to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
9. Experience working within the Life Sciences, Finance, or Technology sectors, with an understanding of how creative works within these complex industries.
10. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience ideating for user-centric, interactive digital experiences.
11. A genuine passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging creative technologies (AI, AR/VR, interactive experiences).
