A well-established and fast-growing financial claims mis-selling company is recruiting an experienced Claims Processing Manager to join the team.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload efficiently and within regulatory guidelines. This will include:
Process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution
Liaise with clients, third parties and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Provide regular updates to clients
Escalate complex cases.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Recent experience in case management, claims handling or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task
Good written and spoken English
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
