As a Regional Fleet Business Manager in Ford of Britain, your role will cover both Passenger and Commercial Vehicle business sales supporting our Fleet organisation. You will be covering the West of of England and Wales managing a mixture of medium and large fleets. Responsibilities Achieve car and commercial vehicle sales objectives by maintaining order-take vs a target glide path. Provide regular sales forecast by customer to support annual planning as well as weekly updates. Professionally represent the Ford Fleet proposition through Account Management of medium and some larger Fleets On-going, customer-led, engagement with full ownership of any issues through to resolution. Develop and share a clear understanding of the wants/needs of each customer to ensure the optimal blend of products and services are offered to meet and exceed their expectations. Undertake regular reviews of Ford competitiveness/performance and take decisive action to maximise the volume/profit opportunity. Lead renewal of deals to maximise future business opportunities. Securing business approval internally to support deals. Ensure the successful introduction of all new products and services relevant to assigned customer. Maintain effective relationships with all parties in the supply chain e.g. dealer, converter, Leasing Companies. Pursue all incremental opportunities with assigned customers. Lead responsibility for all customer concerns including vehicle ordering, supply, terms/invoice/payment issues and involve relevant FoB team members as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience working as an Account Manager in any industry, or for an OEM / Automotive /Blue chip Company within a Sales or Marketing function. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Resilient, adaptable and a growth mindset. Results driven. Ability to manage and organise competing tasks to completion against deadlines. Ability to provide constructive feedback. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. Good knowledge of MS Office. Current and valid full UK Driving License required. Industry experience preferred. Additional Information This is a hybrid position based in the Ford of Britain Building in Dunton, Essex, with 1 day a week required in the office. The position will involve considerable travel within the UK and on occasion, require you to be away from home overnight due to the nature of the accounts you will be responsible for. This role does have the option of a job car subject to agreed working arrangements.
