We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated person to join our friendly Reception Team based at the brand-new Child Development Centre in Fareham as an Apprentice Receptionist Administrator. The successful candidate will have a caring and courteous manner and enjoy working with, and meeting people. You will be working within the Business Support Team and working in liaison with clinicians and families. You will need to be resourceful, organised and capable of delivering high quality support to a busy service during challenging times. This is a full-time Apprentice position and a great opportunity to work in a new healthcare centre and earn a qualification whilst working. A criterion of the apprenticeship is that you attend college/virtual and complete all the necessary standards set out in the Apprenticeship. You will be supported by your line manager and given protected time to attend lessons and complete course work. Upon completion you will be awarded a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship. Main duties of the job To provide a welcoming, friendly, approachable, comprehensive and efficient front of house reception for visitors and staff at Fareham Child Development Centre (CDC). To keep the reception areas safe, clean and tidy at all times. To be responsible for the smooth running of the conference suite of rooms. To work as part of a skill mix team to provide a comprehensive reception and administrative support to the Child and Family Service.
