Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire (Office-Based, No Remote Working)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission

We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our electronic security division, specialising in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm solutions.
What You’ll Do:
* Drive Sales Growth: Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities while maximising sales from existing clients.
* Engage Clients: Proactively contact new prospects through cold calling, email, and face-to-face meetings.
* Promote Solutions: Sell our full range of electronic security products, including:
* Access Control Systems (Paxton)
* Intruder Alarms (Visonic)
* CCTV Systems (GeoVision)
* Market Expertise: Build relationships and secure contracts across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven Sales Record: Success in winning new business in the security or a related sector.
* Technical Know-How: A strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
