Sales Executive Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
* Playing a key role in creating opportunities for a growing business.
* Maintaining and creating new partnerships with a focus on increasing customers.
* Proactively calling customers/prospects to sell, upsell & expand accounts.
* Adhering to targets, deals, and call schedules.
* Researching and developing new sales opportunities, capitalising on every phone call/email (LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
* Recording customer data, scheduling calls, and booking follow-ups using the CRM system.
Requirements:
* Experience in the energy sector would be a huge bonus!
* Previous experience as a Sales Executive and generating sales leads.
* The ability to work to and smash KPI’s and thrive in a targeted environment.
* Deadline driven and motivated to succeed.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* A solid team player, who wants to get stuck in and do a great job!
In return, the successful Sales Executive will receive a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus OTE - £40,000-£50,000, plus the following benefits:
* 25 days holidays + bank holidays (reserve 3 for Xmas).
