Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to students in their learning and development, both in the classroom and within the community.
2. Assist young people with PMLD, complex medical needs, and autism in achieving their educational and personal goals.
3. Help foster an inclusive environment that values equality, diversity, and respect for all students.
4. Empower students while gaining a deeper understanding of Special Educational Needs.
5. Offer high-quality assistance, including physical intervention and personal care when required.

11. Strong communicators, especially when working with students who have specific communication needs.
12. Educated to at least Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent).
13. Keen to work towards additional qualifications, with full funding provided.
