About the opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working on a range of exciting residential developments.
In this role, you will:
* Oversee the technical design and coordination of residential construction projects
* Manage the flow of technical information between internal teams, consultants, and contractors
* Ensure all technical information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
* Resolve technical and design-related issues to ensure buildability and compliance
* Support the planning and pre-construction process by coordinating drawings, specifications, and approvals
* Liaise closely with design consultants to ensure adherence to planning and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and construction processes
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £65k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits
About the requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction as a Technical Coordinator
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and planning procedures
* Proven experience coordinating technical design for multi-unit residential projects
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in relevant design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Viewpoint
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
* HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred
