RME has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking to jump into the fast-paced world of RME. This role will support 2 senior leaders, providing unique exposure to some of Amazon’s most innovative and interesting partnership engagements. Key job responsibilities • Coordination of global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings. • Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings including the preparation of the documentation. • Organization and prioritization of appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information, ensuring the action required is addressed in a timely manner. • Assisting with a wide variety of day to day administrative tasks on behalf of the Directors, such as handling expenses. • Assistance with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events). • Catering and supply orders.
