Office Manager / Administrator | Shefford | Part Time | Salary starting at £16.50 to £17.50 Per Hour depending on experience
Our client is a small, long-established operation based in Shefford, Bedfordshire, comprising two companies sharing one unit, team, and facilities.
One company manufactures and services water quality instrumentation, working mainly with major UK water companies. The other provides environmental and hygiene services to the cruise industry, including equipment servicing and parts supply. Both companies are collaborative and customer-focused, offering a friendly and varied working environment.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
* Good tele manner and enjoy communicating with clients and suppliers
* Reasonable typing and general computer skills
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Able to handle a variety of tasks across two companies
* Experience in order entry, processing, and invoicing
What will your role look like?
* Answering tele calls
* Typing and general computer-based tasks
* Order entry and processing
* Liaising with suppliers and clients
* Managing domestic and export shipments
* Invoicing
