KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinating tendering and estimating processes.
* Customer liaison—ensuring timely responses and feedback.
* Providing project admin support and ensuring compliance.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
* Proven work experience in a similar role is ideal, but we also encourage less experienced candidates, who are eager to develop skills, to apply for the role.
* Can demonstrate some knowledge of the construction industry (or willing to learn about it).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to manage own workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Committed to continuous improvement, helping to improve processes and develop the department.
