An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Secretarial Advisor / Senior (Paralegal) to join a dynamic team supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality corporate compliance services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of a growing organisation.
As a Company Secretarial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing corporate compliance obligations and providing governance support to clients across a variety of sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring statutory deadlines are met for all company secretarial clients.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Onboarding new clients and resolving discrepancies with Companies House records.
* Coordinating statutory and regulatory filings, including director appointments, share transfers, confirmation statements, and PSC filings.
* Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
* Providing company formation services and advising on more complex corporate services such as share capital restructures.
* Keeping statutory registers up-to-date and attending board meetings to take minutes.
* Monitoring and managing the use of registered office addresses.
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and recommending improvements where necessary.
* Managing client billing, debt recovery, and monitoring recovery rates for services provided.

* Proven experience in a company secretarial role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
* Strong ability to manage your own workload while staying up to date with professional learning.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to positively influence and impact others.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A flexible and adaptable mindset to meet changing client and organisational priorities
