We are offering an incentive premium of £3,500, paid in instalments over 18 months. Please note, this scheme is not available to current Oxford Health employees and is subject to a claw back clause.
The Chiltern CMHT Adult Mental Health Team, based at either Saffron House, High Wycombe or Amersham Health Centre are committed to providing exceptional care and treatment to adults facing mental health challenges.
Your work will be supported by a skilled leadership team from various fields, providing guidance and facilitating forums for Nursing and Occupational Therapists.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team working together to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
We are looking for someone who works well in a team, but also has the ability to work independently using their own initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of mental health and the impact this can have on a person's wellbeing.
You will need to be organised, flexible and committed to delivering the highest possible care to our client group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good lT skills, are essential. Ideally, you will have experience working in adult mental health services and understand the challenges that working with this client group brings. However, if you have transferable skills and are motivated to learn about our client group we would encourage you to apply.

12. BSc/MSc/PG Dip Occupational Therapy

15. Appropriate experience, usually a minimum of two years post qualification experience.
16. Experience of working with the mental health service users in a variety of settings
