As part of their ongoing expansion,our client, an award-winning used car supermarket requires anexperienced Used Car Sales Controller to build and run a new teambased at their new Flagship site based inCamberley.
You will be responsible for bringingthe new team up to speed in a state-of-the-art working environment.The sales team will be comprised of circa 50 staff members, with amixture of experienced sales executives and fresh blood to theindustry.
This is an incredibly exciting time tojoin as this is a brand new, fresh start dealership that you couldreally make your own! The company has a car for every type ofperson so a car can be sold to the whole of the market.
Alongside your customer-centric attitude, youwill be commercially minded, passionate about the car industry, andmotivated by achieving and exceedingtargets.
This job would be ideal for anexperienced sales executive or a motivated BusinessManager/Transaction Manager who is looking to step up into a moresenior role.
As a Sales Controller you willlead, motivate, manage and drive your team to provide customerservice excellence, whilst delivering against the company's keyperformance indicators. As Sales Controller you will ensure thedealership is well managed with cars, take responsibility for thepresentation of the Retail Centre, build and maintain strongrelationships with your team. You will work closely with otherdepartments and will be hands-on with the day-to-day running of thecentre and achieve the highest sales results and customer servicestandards.

YourResponsibilities
* To unleash thepotential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives andproviding regular feedback on performance against theseobjectives
* To resource the sales teamappropriately on a day-to-day and longer-termbasis.
* Maintain goodrelationships.
* Ensure that compliance isenforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to thecustomer experience and to the manufacturer's standards within theSales arena
* Full understanding of manufacturertargets ensuring the team are maximising everyopportunity.
* Encourage the sales team to reviewprocesses to ensure they are working mostefficiently.
* Be receptive to new ways of doingthings and actively encourage the sales team to try out newideas.
* Inspire the sales team to deliver anIncredible Customer Experience for every customer that the salesteam comes into contact with.
* Manage theday-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, andsales funnel to maximise salesrevenue.
WorkingPattern
Your working pattern will cover a mixtureof weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week,rota dependent.
Pay andBenefits
As a Sales Controller, you will receivea base salary of 42,000- 49,000 Dependent on experience + a highlyachievable bonus scheme with an OTE of 55k- 60k plus other companyincentives, competitionsetc.
