We are currently partnering with a Coventry based Not-For-Profit organisation, who are looking to recruit an L&D Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £28,585 to £31,973 (subject to experience).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Overseeing and updating the LMS and providing first-line support to staff with LMS-related queries
2. Coordinating data collection and producing insightful reports to track learning activity, staff engagement, and the impact of L&D interventions
3. Supporting the delivery of the learning and development strategy, including the planning and administration of training events, workshops, and internal development programmes
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a high standard of service and training delivery across all departments
5. Using e-learning content creation tools to develop bespoke internal learning modules
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
1. Proactive and well-organised
2. Confident in managing your own workload
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
4. Experience using LMS software and E-Learning tools

Working hours:
1. 36.5 hours per week
2. Monday – Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm
3. Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
4. 2 Days working from home
