What We Need:
Our bar team consists of cocktail-making experts who craft our unique concoctions with speed and precision. As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be intuitive, socially interactive, and detail-oriented. You'll enjoy engaging with our guests and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
Even if you’re new to the cocktail game, don’t worry, we have the best trainers in the industry to teach you everything you need to know about cocktails.
This is a FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 5 Days, and a wage up to £11.44 per hour!
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests.
* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service and recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
* Ensure consistency and quality in cocktail preparation.
* Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with the barback and team members for efficient operation.
* Upsell and promote featured cocktails and events.
Skills and Experience:
* Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Honest, hardworking, and a team player.
* Confident and self-motivated.
* A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic.
* Experience with cocktail bartending is desired, but not essential.
* Not afraid to start a party!
