Location: Bent Farm Role Purpose: Deliver technical project management CAPEX projects ( He/she also participate as team member in >1m€ CAPEX projects. Within cluster this role also combines with the reliability and process engineer roles, frequently playing a relevant role in change through Continuous Improvement initiatives and Lean implementation Responsibilities: Project Management Activities Manage/coordinate the design, planning, procurement, execution and closure/handover of a CAPEX project Prepare, monitor and update cost and time estimation Coordinate all project activities and delegate tasks to dedicated functions (e.g. procurement, HS, Sustainability, facility management) Be accountable for project risk management to ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, prioritized and mitigated Provide monthly project status reports using endorsed tools and templates to alert management of any deviation from the approved project scope Plan human resource needs for assigned CAPEX projects in accordance with the selected Project Delivery Model Lead, coordinate and motivate the project team members in the project work throughout the project lifecycle Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and expectations Quality control Monitor and supervise outsourced quality assurance and control activities Ensure compliance with Sibelco regulations and other requirements and constraints, defined during the project lifecycle phases Monitor and assure the achievement of expected performances Ensure that the CoE Handbooks and tools are implemented effectively in CAPEX projects. Continuous Improvement Lead the lessons learned process from an engineering and technical project management perspective throughout the project lifecycle Share project management best practices with other Sibelco functions Provide input for Project Review Meetings Implement performance management and Lean tool in project management Act as Continuous improvement promoter in any activity in the cluster About you: Degree qualified within mechanical or electrical disciplines or with relevant industry experience Formal Project Management training Demonstrated Process / Project Management / CDM experience At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (preference given to mineral process experience) Trained or experienced in Lean & Six Sigma methodology would be advantageous English – advanced verbal & written But most importantly, if you embrace our core values, and if this role sparks your enthusiasm to apply your passion to contribute in a meaningful way as a part of Sibelco’s team of unique talents within a diverse international business community, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.
