We are on a HUGE RECRUITMENT DRIVE for one of our biggest clients who are based in the heart of Winsford Industrial Estate.

Key Objectives
You will be working in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on a production line. You will be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium and working from technical drawings. A high level of skill is required to perform various tasks including assembly of parts, drilling, cutting, riveting, welding and grinding.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Following technical drawings and specification sheets
2. Must be able to work individually or as part of a team to meet production targets
3. Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues
4. Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
5. Maintaining production area housekeeping
6. Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
7. Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.
Key skills and experience
This role is ideally suited to a hands on, organised, proactive and self-motivated individual. Suitable candidates will have:
8. Hands on manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing
9. High quality assembly experience of specified materials such as hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium
10. Demonstrate skillset using various hand tools
11. Reading and working from drawings
12. Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained
Salary ranging from £34,096.00 – £39,771.00p.a dependent on experience (£15.80 – £18.43ph), overtime available
Working Hours: Your hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and 7.30am – 3.30pm on Fridays (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day).
You will be expected on occasion to work later in the evening or weekends as business needs require.
