Role Overview The Assessor Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality assessments through the effective management of assessors and panel members. This position involves working closely with external stakeholders to support, motivate, and oversee a growing network of professionals involved in standards assessment. As the Assessor Manager your key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of standardisation, quality assurance, and operational processes related to assessments. Ensuring the integrity and credibility of assessments, including high-level professional standards. Providing training and guidance to assessors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Driving continuous improvement in assessment methodologies. To be successful in the role you will have: Proven experience in managing or developing professional standards or qualifications. Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting. Experience in managing dispersed and associate teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
