Deputy Manager - Cornelia Manor RCH
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: 40 per week (flexibility & on-call support required)
Reports to: Director/Operations/Registered Manager
\n
We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the daily operations of our care home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a passion for elderly care, and the flexibility to provide on-call support when needed.

Key Requirements:
? NVQ Level 3 or relevant qualification with "can do" attitude is enough!
? Good leaderships skills
\n

Computer literate and a quick learner
? Some knowledge of regulated activities
? Able to think outside the box and support management targets\n
?
Holds full UK driving licence \n
?

Maintenance person required, previous experience desirable. 24 - 30 hours week. From 13.50 hour depending on experience.

1. General upkeep and minor repairs.
\n
\n
\n
2. Routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
\n
\n
\n
3. Diagnosing and repairing broken assets.
\n
\n
\n
4. Maintaining a record of performed maintenance tasks.
\n
\n
\n
5. Keeping hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean.
\n
\n
\n
6. Following safety precautions and adhering to the schedule.
\n
