Job Description: As a Parts Direct Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Direct Sales Advisors who are in customer facing roles. Ensuring we all deliver the very best customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with customer queries and liaising with the Parts Sales Advisors Checking all backorder parts are flowing correctly through the system and chased up accordingly, using the correct process. Support with basic email queries. Liaising between Finning and couriers, tracking deliveries.
