A thriving Financial Institution based in Dundonald is looking for a Customer Account Executive to join their fast-paced, exciting team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Account Executive will be processing transactions and building strong relationships with existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Account Executive your key duties will include:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers over phone and email
2. Generating accurate quotations and paperwork
3. Assisting the Sales team with administration tasks
4. Updating systems with relevant and accurate information
5. Providing support with processing of new proposals, including checks on AML and Credit
6. Processing deposits and initial payments on the system
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Customer Account Executive, you must have:
7. Previous experience within a customer support/administrative/sales position
8. Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths & English as a minimum
9. Excellent relationship building skills, both written and verbal
10. Proactive, driven and self-motivated
11. Problem solver
