Main duties of the job The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Provide holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care. Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes and community settings Supervise and support colleagues, including students and junior staff. Identify and respond to early signs of patient deterioration.
