Rayment Recruitment are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join a busy 2AA Rosette Hotel and restaurant, using the best of British produce to create a fusion of great tastes and innovative culinary delights, whatever the occasion.
This historic venue is an integral part of the Suffolk countryside, and has won numerous awards and accolades in recent times, and are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie who is wanting to grow and develop their skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven background within fine dining, or have worked within an AA rosette restaurant in a similar roleHave the necessary Pastry qualificationsBe responsible for delivering high standards and also training junior team members Be passionate about Pastry as you will be required to create menus for the restaurant and banqueting areasBe able to work under pressureHave excellent organisational skillsHave the ability to manage a small team
If live in is not required, then a car driver is essential, due to village location.
