Job summary As a Band 5 on our Paediatric Observation Ward you will be responsible for the clinical care of the children and young people, you will work closely with our colleagues in ED, ambulatory care and our Paediatric wards to enable flow through the departments. You will support your teams with quality Improvement projects and helping to maintain high standards of care and delivery to the ward and it's patients. Main duties of the job As a Band 5 Staff Nurse working within our observation area, you will be caring for patients requiring a range of treatments.
