At VWFS we are looking for a Channel Manager - Aftersales to join our Digital and Direct Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Aftersales & Insurance, the purpose of this role is to lead the development of Vehicle Service & Maintenance loyalty products.
We currently provide a range of branded Service propositions that provide greater value and benefit to customers vs the independent market. We aim to simplify costs for customers by making it easier to budget for routine maintenance without the fear of unexpected costs and make car ownership more manageable. We can contribute to higher levels of customer retention, build brand loyalty whilst providing a steady income stream for our network.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including dealerships and Brands to design and market products that address customer needs and drive business growth. You will own and drive the product throughout its lifecycle, defining the roadmap, prioritising the feature backlog and constantly iterating the product to ensure the product delivers within budget, whilst meeting commercial and customer outcomes.
Define the strategic direction and develop roadmaps to achieve commercial and customer experience objectives.
Work cross-functionally to maximise customer and commercial value for the assigned channel.
Influence senior leadership and collaborate with Product Management, Brands, Dealers, and Marketplaces.
Oversee channel performance, customer feedback, and issue resolution.
Proven commercial experience, ideally within Automotive, Financial Services, Brand, or a similar industry
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels Digital and technology expertise, including experience in Agile development.
Experience of sales / commercial strategy
Knowledge of IT domains, including architecture, software development, or operations
Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably Financial Services (desirable).
