We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team at Andidrain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a growing organisation. As our Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
1. Processing high volumes of sales invoices accurately and promptly.
2. Addressing and resolving invoice queries.
3. Reconciling customer payments and managing credit checks for new accounts.
4. Ensuring customer ledgers and company systems are up to date.
5. Processing depot purchase invoices and resolving vendor queries.
6. Performing bank reconciliations and processing bank transactions and payments.
7. Handling customer credit card payments, petty cash, and expense processing.
8. Supporting the preparation and approval of weekly wage input sheets.
9. Assisting with credit control and analysis tasks during busy periods and staff absences.
10. Providing ad hoc support to the Finance Director and Assistant Accountant as needed.
