Perkbox Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Eye voucher scheme Long service and staff awards Free uniform Free Parking More You will have: Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy Current and valid Registration with Health & Care Professions Council Current registration with professional body (e.g. CSP) Member of specialist interest group (ACPIN or ACPOPC) or willing to join Evidence of Continued Professional Development Experience of working in a relevant setting Demonstrable experience of using evidence based practice and outcome measures Skilled knowledge and application of physiotherapy assessments and interventions using complex level clinical reasoning Key responsibilities: Responsible for assessment of service user needs in relation particularly to optimising independence and physical function To undertake comprehensive assessment of service users, using investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualised rehabilitation and treatment plans To promote choice in all aspects of clinical practice reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the service user experience and enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by service user and their representatives To liaise and communicate with other health and social care professionals and volunteers in the planning and delivery of occupational therapy To ensure appropriate prescription, provision and maintenance of equipment within available resources To ensure that up to date written and electronic records are maintained in accordance with Professional and Company standards, and that sensitive information is held securely To demonstrate clinical leadership and promote clinical supervision.
