The team ensure that the infrastructures required to support the Bank’s critical functions are maintained and enhanced.
Your new role
As Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance and project tasks allocated to you, ensuring all work ispleted in accordance to agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs and customer service standards. You will carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services, including:
1. L8, fire alarms, lighting tests etc.
2. HVAC/AHU plant.
3. Pumps, motors, heating systems etc.
4. Cause and effect testing.
5. PPM schedules.
6. Generators, UPS etc.
7. 3 phase power supplies.
8. LV/HV distribution systems.
9. Safe Systems of Work, including Authorised Person duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role as Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician you will require significant relevant experience in electrical maintenance and broader building services inmercial environments. You will befortable carrying out duties independently and unsupervised and will be well-presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role. You will also require:
10. Trade trained with significant experience in building services.
11. Level 3 C&G in Electro Technical discipline or equivalent.
12. 18th edition.
13. Experience working to Safe Systems and being an Authorised Person.
14. Experience working with CAFM systems.
15. C&G 2391 Testing or equivalent is desirable.
