The Role and Purpose
We are seeking a Business Development Support Coordinator who will be an integral part of our operations, providing essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business activities.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Perform general administrative duties including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
* Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and reports to ensure accurate and accessible information.
* Organise and coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
* Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
