Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a vital role in planning, managing, and deploying marketing initiatives for the company. Your responsibility is to support our client in delivering a diverse range of initiatives across the online and offline marketing mix, including assisting with event management and marketing systems management. This role provides core support for all marketing functions and business-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the execution of digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, admin related activity.
2. Lead special projects working closely with the appropriate departments on technical marketing activity such as updating and maintaining buyer personas, market insights reports, and focus groups.
3. Devise and execute Digital marketing strategies.
4. Lead let-up strategy for new asset buildings working with stakeholders to collate information.
5. Support Event Coordinators for any operational needs for events, such as health and safety, AV, and extra support for all events.
6. Coordinate and write all marketing reporting, on a monthly and quarterly basis, written in concise business English.
7. Manage internal marketing communications with staff.
8. Manage award submissions and collate information from across the team.
9. Work with stakeholders on new business development tasks, such as pitch decks and presentations.
10. Work with all stakeholders on corporate responsibility-related activities, reports, and submissions.
11. Coordinate the marketing team's submissions to client proposals for new projects.
12. Manage opex budgets for each building.
13. Manage fundraising activity and systems management for our corporate responsibility initiative working closely with the Brand Director on strategy and execution.

10. Possess excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail.
