The company is set for significant growth, including the introduction of a SaaS offering that could open further opportunities for ambitious team members.
We're on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on 1st Line Support whiz to keep their team running smoothly. From hardware fixes to software troubleshooting, no two days will be the same. You'll be working with everything from printers and laptops to Office 365, VPNs, and even their very own ERP system.
Training and support will be provided to bring you up to date where necessary
What You'll Be Doing:
* Solve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers.
* Keep platforms like Office 365 running smoothly, help maintain our in-house ERP system, and set up VPNs.
* Look after office security systems like CCTV and access control. (Training to be provided)
* Handle basic networking tasks, like cabling and connectivity troubleshooting.
* IT all-rounder: Install, configure, and maintain office IT equipment
