Duties
1. Follow up purchase orders
2. Load notifications
3. Deal with shipping schedules & associated documentation
4. Exchange of documents with UK & European service providers
5. Follow up clearances and book deliveries
6. Update in-house systems on purchase order progress, track & trace, container ETA and delivery dates
7. Book couriers
8. Process invoices and match to purchase orders
9. Update payment approvals

2. Advanced IT skills
3. Excellent verbal & written communicator
4. Willing to learn
