Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
* Act as the Manager's support, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence.
* Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
* Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.
* Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.
Also the role will include:
* Financial Management
* Environment Management
* Quality Assurance
* Professional Care Practice
Qualifications and Experience:
We require a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role. You will need at least 1 year's experience of Senior Support Work in a Children's Residential setting.
