We’re looking for a talented Experience Designer to join a growing UX design team. experience in spatial design is essential as well as digital UX. You’ll be playing a key part in an ambitious team, working with a wide variety of high-profile brands across a diverse mix of design briefs. The perfect candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be brilliant at seeing simple answers to complicated experience design challenges. What you can expect: Employee wellbeing initiatives 25 days holiday Working hours Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week 9.00am – 5.30pm Hybrid working Duties and responsibilities: Creating spatial designs for events, retail environments and spaces Creating wireframes, customer journey maps, site maps and plan-view diagrams Building digital and physical prototypes with pace and accuracy Designing engaging experiences which meet customer needs Collaborating with the wider creative team to define, shape and implement effective customer journeys Plan and facilitate client workshops and design sprints Skills and experience required: Extensive design industry experience within an agency environment Ability to create engaging experiences across spatial design and UX Understanding what is important when designing spaces “how is it used?” Experience of service or product design would be an advantage, but not essential A strong understanding and belief in human-centered design thinking, methods, and techniques Ability to problem-solve and find the most effective answer Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC and related prototyping tools Ability to present confidently and with enthusiasm to design teams and clients Full UK driving license
