As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will take the lead in coordinating, managing, and reporting on high-impact marketing campaigns. A strong digital mindset is essential, including hands-on experience with performance marketing, paid social, PPC, and creating digital workflows that encompass email, social media, web and other channels to support prospecting and lead generation. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with our sales leaders and vendor team. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI to stakeholders, providing actionable insights. Creativity & Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table, crafting standout campaigns that differentiate TIEVA in a crowded marketplace. Develop creative content, messaging, and visuals that captivate our audience and reinforce our brand identity. Performance Marketing: Develop and manage performance marketing strategies, including PPC, paid social, and other digital advertising channels. Optimise digital campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and ROI. Digital Workflows & Automation: Design and implement digital workflows that integrate email, social media, and other channels to support prospecting and sales efforts. Use tools like HubSpot (or similar) to create automated workflows that nurture leads and improve customer engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business objectives. Partner with vendors to co-manage joint marketing initiatives. Content & Digital Marketing: Develop and deliver impactful content for campaigns, including email, social media, and web assets. Leverage data and insights to refine targeting and enhance campaign performance. CRM & Data Management: Utilise HubSpot (and other CRM and data platforms) to manage campaigns and track results. Ensure data-driven decision-making to refine targeting and improve performance. Brand Awareness: Create initiatives that strengthen our brand positioning in the market. Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement. Present clear and actionable reports to senior stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment. A strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop impactful campaigns. Full marketing competency across all areas, with a strong digital marketing mindset. Hands-on experience with performance marketing, PPC, paid social, and other digital advertising channels. Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing digital workflows that integrate email, social media, and other channels to support prospecting. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot (or equivalent), CRM systems, and data platforms. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. High-energy, confident, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Experience in IT solutions or services is advantageous but not essential.
