THE ROLE : We are a commercially driven marketing team, therefore the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing our CRM and ensuring everyone is using it effectively, and supporting various data management procedures to maximise our marketing activity.
This role will support the marketing team with reporting, taking ownership of our CRM, job boards and other internal platforms.
You will work within the marketing team, inputting with events through to online campaigns, giving you exposure to all aspects of the marketing mix.
RESPONSIBILITIES Ad-hoc operational support requirements Create data segments into relevant target audiences for campaigns Export data lists from CRM to email platform Export relevant data from Google Analytics Monitor and report on various job boards performance and usage Liaise with stakeholders across the business to improve performance and work efficiency Organise and manage internal and external events, including employee incentives, exhibitions and seminars Take ownership of the temporary contracts system and be the point of contact both internally and externally for all queries Analyse and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Assist with the creation of job postings and other recruitment materials
