Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join a global, leading HVAC manufacturer.
This role will operate remotely, covering the Greater London region, focusing on driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products such as Air Handling Units (AHU), fan coils, chilled beams, and airflow control equipment into M&E Consultant, M&E Contractor, and end-user channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC products including Air Handling Units (AHU), fan coils, grilles, diffusers, louvres, damper, and fire/smoke control protection, with a strong focus on business development, particularly specification sales.
Package:
1. £55,000-£65,000

Role Responsibilities:
1. Drive business development and manage key accounts for a range of HVAC products within the ventilation market.
2. Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
3. Work closely with the Sales Director to offer technical expertise and implement sales strategies.
4. Consistently grow technical and professional knowledge through networking and participation in professional societies.
5. Build strong relationships with M&E Contractors, M&E Consultants, and end-user channels.
6. Operate fully remote, with travel across Greater London for meetings and client discussions.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC industry.
2. A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree is advantageous.
3. Experience in selling and managing key accounts within HVAC products.
4. Willingness to work fully remote with regular travel to engage with clients across Greater London.
5. Full clean driving license required.
