The Role

* Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture where health and safety are integral to achieving positive outcomes for staff and service users.
* Lead a team of advisors with inspiration, encouraging a collaborative and proactive approach to H&S.
About You
* Qualifications: NEBOSH (or equivalent) certification and a proven track record managing health and safety in complex, multi-site organisations.
* Skills: Strategic thinker with a practical mindset, adept at translating policies into actionable solutions.
* Passion: Committed to creating safe, empowering environments where people thrive.
* Communication: A natural leader who engages and inspires individuals at all levels.
* Experience: Working within a CQC regulated environment, bringing your expertise to others.
Why This Role?
This is more than a job; it’s a chance to create lasting, meaningful change. As part of an organisation with locations across England, you’ll contribute to a shared vision rooted in potential, growth, and individual respect. You’ll work with people who are as dedicated to making a difference as you are—where values like trust, collaboration, and embracing change guide every decision.
