We are working with a forward-thinking housing organisation in Birmingham seeking a skilled professional to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Key Responsibilities of a Homeownership Officer: Managing a portfolio of shared ownership and leasehold properties. Administering service charges, ground rent, and other financial obligations. Assisting with leaseholder queries and disputes, ensuring exceptional customer service. Processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications. Providing advice and support on leasehold management and compliance with housing regulations. Preparing documentation and reports, including Section 20 notices.About You: Proven experience in leasehold or homeownership management within social housing. Excellent understanding of shared ownership, leasehold regulations, and service charge processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex queries effectively. Knowledge of housing systems and software is desirable. A proactive and solution-focused mindset.Important Information: This is an office-based role, working full-time Monday to Friday.
