Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop strategy, own and manage fees rate card for IN marketplace. In this position, you will lead and work with cross-functional teams across Voice of Seller forums, Machine learning, Tech, Business, Marketing and Finance teams to set the fees for sellers. You will work with the tech systems to productionalize the rate card. You will own setting up mechanisms to audit progress, managing the product roadmap, and report impact of these initiatives at weekly and monthly cadence. You will represent this domain across in meeting and reviews across all levels of leadership and will be able to influence executive decision-makers. This is an opportunity for you to lead a complex area within a highly visible and strategic area of Amazon.
The ideal candidate has
1. Atleast 6+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, consumer goods space OR 3+ years of experience in managing business for P2P transactional platforms working in Product Management/Finance/Analytics roles
2. Ability to define efficient and scalable processes that balancing customer expectations and Amazon costs
3. Strong negotiation abilities and financial acumen, a high degree of ownership and integrity, and a high attention to detail.
4. Excel at communication and are comfortable with playing a lead role in a highly visible organization.
5. Ability to influence executive decision-makers, helping them to understand the proposition of the used and open box business.
6. Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams and outside partners to drive growth and process improvement for your business.
7. Is able to manage multiple competing priorities smoothly
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
2. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
3. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
4. Experience with end to end product delivery
5. Experience as a product manager or owner
6. Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
