Job description:
Due to the growth and expansion of the business, we are looking for a motivated individual to join the team to support some existing clients while concentrating on converting new and lapsed business. This is a fast-paced recruitment sales role to include, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
1. Business development
2. New & lapsed sales
3. Search, selection and interviewing of candidates.
4. Managing school accounts through good communication, business development and relationship building.
5. Conducting face to face new business meetings and service reviews
6. Processing payroll
7. Attending job fairs and university events
8. Supporting and sponsoring school cluster meetings
9. Attending school awards ceremonies
