Role: Internal Recruiter
Salary: £28,500 per annum
Location: Cardiff - hybrid working (4 days in office)
Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday)
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising and sourcing to compliance and onboarding, ensuring all hires meet legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop attraction strategies
* Advertise roles, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
* Conduct compliance checks, including Right to Work, references, and DBS requirements
* Maintain accurate candidate records and oversee onboarding processes
* Promote the organisation's benefits and culture to attract top talent
* Represent the organisation at recruitment events and job fairs
What You'll Need:
* Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role - at least 6-12 months experience
* Experience or knowledge within the healthcare sector is beneficial
* Experience of achieving recruitment KPIs and targets
* Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail
* A proactive, flexible, and driven mindset with a dedication to continuous development
