Delivery Manager – Marketing Orchestration
THE ROLE
The Delivery Manager takes a central role in planning, executing, and delivering production and technology-based projects at RAPP for the Volkswagen brand.
The role’s main responsibilities are to:
1. Lead the project execution of CGI-based campaigns and local production packages.
2. Assist in the development of global governance models/deliverables.
3. Help build technology platforms for the brand’s transformational road map.
The Delivery Manager plays a key role in developing relationships with central clients and local markets to produce realistic project plans and deliver impactful campaigns. Success in this role is related to being effective with clients and local agency teams, as well as internally to drive project plans and solve problems as they arise.
This role is ideal for an ambitious Account or Project Manager with 3-4 years of agency experience who wants to work closely with a global leading brand and be part of the future of content strategy, creation, and production.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support high-impact projects while managing internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
* Develop complex project timings and present to external stakeholders.
* Serve as the connecting tissue between internal departments and client teams.
* Meet and present new campaigns and processes to local markets.
* Monitor and review production requests from the markets.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure resourcing projects are completed in a timely manner, keeping the team informed of deliverables using various tools.
* Fully monitor project risks and issues, ensuring actions are in place to resolve or mitigate them, escalating at the earliest opportunity when required.
* Support the Technical Project Manager in managing platform-based projects.
* Collaborate with various internal departments across all stages of the project.
RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* An understanding of the production process.
* An understanding of the planning and creative process.
* Solid experience in digital production and content development with a track record in digital, social, and data-driven marketing projects.
* Experience working in Global/Local operating models with adaptation and orchestration of centrally produced assets.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to manage expectations.
* Automotive experience is a bonus but not a must-have.
