With the strategic acquisitions of FINCAD, PolyPaths and Kynex, Numerix has further strengthened its leadership position empowering financial institutions worldwide, to transform risk into opportunities with confidence. As a Content Strategist, you will be a key individual contributor on our dynamic marketing team, driving the creation of insightful and actionable thought leadership content. This role offers a front-row seat in a highly technical domain – your work will have broad visibility, shaping Numerix’s industry voice and educating capital markets leaders. What You’ll Do Develop compelling long-form content: Research, write, and refine white papers, case studies, industry trend reports, and monthly newsletters that highlight emerging issues in capital markets and demonstrate Numerix’s thought leadership. Produce and host webinars: Plan and execute thought leadership webinars – from expert panel discussions to one-on-one interviews – that engage our audience and position Numerix at the forefront of industry conversations. Collaborate with experts: Work closely with internal subject matter experts (product leaders, financial engineers, technologists) and external partners to gather insights and data, transforming complex risk and derivatives topics into clear, compelling narratives. Ensure strategic alignment: Partner with the marketing team to align content themes with business goals and current market trends, ensuring every piece reinforces Numerix’s brand message and delivers value to our clients and prospects. Drive content innovation: Embrace new formats and creative approaches (including leveraging AI tools) to continuously improve content quality and engagement – from interactive digital content to AI-assisted research – keeping Numerix’s thought leadership fresh and impactful. What We’re Looking For Experienced industry storyteller: 5 years of experience writing about complex financial topics (capital markets, derivatives, risk management) – ideally in a similar content role at a financial institution, FinTech vendor, market data firm, or in financial journalism (e.g., Risk.net, GlobalCapital). Expertise in OTC derivatives, structured products, fixed income, structured finance, life annuities, or convertibles from a trading or risk management perspective is ideal. Exceptional writing & editing skills: Proven ability to craft clear, engaging narratives from technical material. You can distill quantitative concepts and industry jargon into insightful content that resonates with quants, traders, and C-suite audiences alike. Tech-savvy with AI enthusiasm: Fluent in using (or eager to learn) AI content and research tools (ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance your writing process and productivity. Strong communicator and team player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to interview subject experts, manage feedback from multiple stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to drive projects to completion. Organized and results-driven: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and are laser-focused on delivering content that drives engagement and results.
