Credit Controller (Fixed Term Contract 18 Months)

MAIN PURPOSE:
1. Responsible for production of sale invoices and verifying accuracy of all information within.
2. To be responsible for the collection of all outstanding debt within prescribed timescales.
3. Ensuring the sales ledger is accurate and up to date.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contacting Customers for payment by phone and email.
* Liaising with individual sites and management to maintain accurate billing information and to investigate any queries from internal and external customers.
* Investigate/reconcile debtors’ accounts and sales ledger related balance sheet accounts to resolve disputes and queries.
* Production and distribution, to the individual services, of monthly Aged Debt reports.
* Assist with the production of ad hoc sales ledger reports as required.
* Any other associated sales ledger and administrative duties as required.
* To undertake any other reasonable duties falling within the role of Credit Controller as identified by the Accounts Receivable & Income Team Leader.
* To undertake any reasonable travelling requirements, in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures.
* Experience and ability to work to tight deadlines.
