Working closely with your estate agency colleagues to maximise mortgage and protection sales from high-quality leads. Providing outstanding client care and helping buyers secure the best mortgage solutions for their needs. Advising on and arranging residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, and award-winning insurance products. Feeding back to the residential team on lead progress and ensuring a seamless customer journey What do you need to succeed? CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification Previous sales experience (preferably in a target-driven environment) Banking or financial background preferred but not essential. Ambitious, motivated, and driven to exceed goals. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping people. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
